Margarita Pork Tenderloin

2 pork tenderloins, 1 lb. each

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 green onion, minced

1/2 jalapeno pepper, minced

3 T. cilantro, chopped

1 1/2 T. Tequila

1 T.  orange juice

1 t. salt

1 t. ground cumin

1/2 t. chili powder

Combine all ingredients in a shallow dish. Cut pork diagonally into 1″ thick slices. Add meat to mixture. Toss to cover meat with mixture. Cover tightly and chill for one hour, turning occasionally. Bake in 350 degree oven until meat is thoroughly cooked or cook on grill until done.
