Corn Casserole

Mix together:

1 stick butter, softened

8 oz. sour cream

2 eggs

1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix (8.5 oz)

1 can whole corn (drained)

1 can creamed corn

Pour into 3 qt. casserole dish or 9X13″ pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 mins – 1 hour.

If you double the recipe, still use only 1 stick of butter.
