Vanilla Pudding
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1/4 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1 T. butter or margarine
Heat milk. Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and add to milk alittle at a time. Heat but do not boil. Add vanilla and butter. Cool. Cover with plastic wrap when storing in refrigerator. Makes 5 servings.
