Chocolate & Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

2 1/2 c. flour

1 t. baking soda

1 t. salt

1 c. softened butter

2 eggs

3/4 c. white sugar

3/4 c. brown sugar

1 t. vanilla extract

1 1/2 c. chocolate chips, semi sweet

1/2 c. peanut butter chips

Combine flour, baking soda & salt. Set aside.  Beat butter, sugars and vanilla in a large bowl. Add eggs and mix. Add flour mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate and peanut butter chips. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 – 10 mins.

Hint: I use a Silpat non-stick baking mat on my cookie sheets. The cookies don’t stick or burn. It’s amazing.
