BBQ Meatballs #2
Meatballs:
1 lb. ground beef
1 t. chili
1 or 2 slices soft bread crumbs
1 egg or evaporated milk
Mix all ingredients together andĀ form into balls.
Fry slowly on top of the stove or bake for 10 -15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Sauce:
2 T. oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 c. chili sauce (10 – 12 oz bottle)
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 T. sugar
1 t. dry mustard
Blend all ingredients together.
Add meatballs to sauce and serve.
Variation: To make meatballs for spaghetti, omit the chili and add chopped onions and parsley.
